Scope of personal data processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Controller shall process personal data of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>customers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contractors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>persons contacting the Controller<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>potential customers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>potential contractors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>employees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>job candidates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Purposes of personal data processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data shall be processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>establishing a business relationship, concluding a contract, performing a contract, conducting correspondence (legitimate interest);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providing answers to questions from people who are not contractors, contractor employees, or customers (legitimate interest);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>protection against claims (legitimate interest);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conducting recruitment (legal obligation);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>informational and promotional purposes of the Controller (legitimate interest);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sending invitations to participate in training courses, conferences and webinars organized by the Controller (legitimate interest).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Data storage period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employees&#8217; personal data shall be processed for the duration of the employment relationship, and after the termination of the employment relationship, employee documentation shall be stored for a period of 10 years from the end of the calendar year in which the employment relationship ended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Collaborators personal data shall be processed until any possible claims arising from the contract expire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Job candidates personal data shall be processed until the recruitment for the applied position is completed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contractors and customers personal (including employees, collaborators of customers and contractors) data shall be processed for the period of performance of contracts binding the Controller with these persons, then for the limitation period for any possible claims arising from these contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data of persons contacting the Controller shall be processed for the period of contact, then for a period of one year after its termination. After this period, the Controller may contact the data subject in order to determine the possibility of further processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data of participants of events organized by the Controller shall be processed for a period of one year from the end of the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data in the form of an image of participants in events organized by the Controller, customers and contractors until they withdraw their consent to use their image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Data acquisition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Controller shall obtain personal data directly from the data subjects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Data recipients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data shall be transferred to suppliers commissioned by the Controller to provide services, e.g. airlines, carriers, insurance companies, banks, payment operators, IT service providers, entities providing postal and courier services, entities providing accounting services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a rule, personal data shall not be transferred to third countries or international organizations, unless this is required for the implementation of legal services, with consent or under legal regulations. This may apply in the case of service providers, such as cloud service providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of data transfer, data recipients shall be obliged to ensure appropriate security standards and act only on the instructions of the Controller and within the scope determined thereby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Rights of data subjects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>right to access personal data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the right to rectify personal data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the right to object to the processing of personal data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the right to request the deletion of personal data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body &#8211; the President of the Personal Data Protection Office,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise the rights indicated above, please contact the Controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest, the data subject shall have the right to object to such processing on grounds relating to their particular situation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Data transfer outside the European Economic Area<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the nature of the services provided, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to countries that have not been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of personal data protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
